Her work in local cuisines – ‘Dehlnavi’ - shows how the food of Delhi has evolved with the influence of the conflux of communities.

Pritha Sen
Food writer, researcher & historian, curator of the Bengali menu at the Mustard Restaurants

Former journalist Pritha Sen's decade-long work in sustainable livelihoods led her to research and document the history of indigenous foods in what was once ‘undivided Bengal’. Her mission is to revive the native wisdom that was once the foundation of Indian cuisine and show the seamless connect that it shares with an entire region transcending geopolitical borders. 
She has curated the Bengali food menu for the Mustard Restaurants group in Goa and Bombay, which has been selected as among the top 2 new restaurants in India in the Living Foodz Epicurean Guild Awards 2019.

Uma Raghuraman is one of the top food bloggers in India. Bakery and confectionary is her passion and her adventurous journey with food gets a homecoming with SodaBottleOpenerWala to be close to her Parsi roots.
